Dr. Peter Ricci brings over 30 years of experience across the hospitality and tourism industry and academia. As Clinical Professor and Director of the Hospitality and Tourism Management program at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), he leads a team of dedicated educators committed to advancing both the knowledge and practice of this dynamic field. Dr. Ricci’s mission centers on preparing the next generation of professionals with the skills, values, and adaptability needed to thrive in a competitive global market. Under his leadership, FAU’s program has strengthened its industry partnerships and academic reputation, producing graduates who excel across hospitality sectors.
