Dr. Ricci’s mission centers on preparing the next generation of professionals with the skills, values, and adaptability needed to thrive in a competitive global market. Under his leadership, FAU’s program has strengthened its industry partnerships and academic reputation, producing graduates who excel across hospitality sectors. He has authored multiple publications, book chapters, and conference papers, and holds several professional certifications.
